Making sure you receive your purchase in one beautiful piece and in a timely manner is of course a high priority for AF.

At least a day turn over rate is needed so I can process, make/package your item and get to PO. But sometimes it could be a couple days proceessing before shipment, I will always be in contact with you regarding shipping times.

As an aside, the cost of anything on this site does not just include the actual cost of postage, but also packaging materials, most of all the labor, and transport. It is my highest priority that you receive and adore the item you are hoping for and dreaming of when you purchase from Branch + Beak. I will always effort to photograph and describe the item as accurately as I can. If you are really unhappy with an item, for genuine reasons, please contact me, and I will do my best to find remedy for the issue. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the herbal products, I cannot accept returns, however, if something has absolutely displeased you, again, contact me so we can discuss refunds or other options.
